  • 1 mix bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 cheesecloth

  • 400 g sour cream fat content from 10-15%
  • 500 g yogurt plain, fat content from 2-5%
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½-1 tsp salt


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Pour the sour cream and yogurt into a deep container. Mix them thoroughly with a whisk.
