  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 120 g yogurt drinkable
  • 1 pc banana
  • ½ tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 20 g walnut peeled

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. It is advisable to take natural yogurt without sugar and flavorings. Peanut butter should also preferably not contain sugar.

  • Pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl. Fill with yogurt. Yogurt can be replaced with milk or kefir, it all depends on taste preferences. Try all the options and choose the one you like best.

  • Cut half a banana into small pieces and add to the bowl. Add chopped walnuts, peanut butter, flax seeds. The banana will give the breakfast sweetness, but if you like sweeter dishes, then add a teaspoon of honey.

  • Mix thoroughly. If the mixture is too thick, add more yogurt or milk. Transfer the mixture to a jar or any other glass container with a lid. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, but preferably overnight.
