Quinoa breakfast porridge
Quinoa came to us from South America, where it was the staple food of the Incas. Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Quinoa comes in yellow, red, and black varieties. For porridge, it is better to use the yellow variety, which has a softer taste and texture.
- Quinoa must be thoroughly rinsed with water. This is conveniently done using a fine sieve. If this is not done, the finished dish may taste bitter and have an unpleasant taste.
