Ingredients
  

  • 130 g hazelnut
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder heaping
  • 35 g butter softened
  • 2 g sweetener
  • 10 g vegetable oil
  • 2 pinch salt

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use hazelnuts or peanuts as a base for making homemade chocolate paste. For a variety of flavors, add some ordinary seeds to them.

  • Remove the husk from the nut kernels.

  • If you are using unpeeled nuts, first roast them in a pan (or in the oven) and remove the husk from the kernels.

  • Then put them in a blender bowl with the seeds and grind until a moist, oily mass is formed. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt to the mixture. Blend the ingredients in the blender again.

  • Finally, pour vegetable oil into the blender bowl and beat everything very thoroughly.

  • The chocolate-nut paste is ready. Now you just need to pour it (it turns out to be quite liquid) into a jar and put it in the refrigerator.
