Sugar free nutella

Ingredients
- 130 g hazelnut
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder heaping
- 35 g butter softened
- 2 g sweetener
- 10 g vegetable oil
- 2 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use hazelnuts or peanuts as a base for making homemade chocolate paste. For a variety of flavors, add some ordinary seeds to them.
- Remove the husk from the nut kernels.
- If you are using unpeeled nuts, first roast them in a pan (or in the oven) and remove the husk from the kernels.130 g hazelnut
- Then put them in a blender bowl with the seeds and grind until a moist, oily mass is formed. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt to the mixture. Blend the ingredients in the blender again.20 g sunflower seeds
- Add softened butter to the mass.35 g butter
- Finally, pour vegetable oil into the blender bowl and beat everything very thoroughly.10 g vegetable oil
- The chocolate-nut paste is ready. Now you just need to pour it (it turns out to be quite liquid) into a jar and put it in the refrigerator.
