Equipment
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 non-stick mat
- 1 knife
- 1 cooking brush
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 rolling pin
Ingredients
- 300 g puff pastry
- 50 g chocolate spread Nutella
- 1 pc egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. It’s better to place the Nutella in the refrigerator for an hour to thicken a bit. This makes it easier to work with and prevents the filling from leaking out while shaping the pie.
- Roll out the dough. It is advisable to do this in one direction to maintain maximum flakiness. The thickness of the layer should be about 2 mm. Cut into two equal squares or rectangles, as it turns out. Place one on the baking sheet. With a sharp object, outline the contours of the future tree: a triangular top and a stump.
