Spinach christmas tree with puff pastry
Preparing an interesting snack with an unusual design. The spinach christmas tree with puff pastry made is soft, fragrant, and looks great.

- 1 knife

Ingredients
- 300 g puff pastry yeast-free
- 15 g spinach
- 70 g cheese hard
- ½ pc egg
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. The puff pastry should warm up to room temperature, so take it out in advance. The spinach here is frozen; after it has completely thawed, be sure to squeeze out the liquid thoroughly.
- Place spinach, cheese, garlic, salt in the chopper bowl.15 g spinach, 70 g cheese, 1 clove garlic, 1 pinch salt
- Process until as smooth as possible.
- Cut the puff pastry in half, roll out each half in width. You should get two approximately equal sheets. Place one on a baking sheet, outline a triangle – the contours of the Christmas tree. Spread the filling inside the triangle in an even layer.300 g puff pastry
- Cover with the second sheet of dough. Trim the edges where there is no filling.
- Cut horizontal strips on the right and left, not reaching the center.
- Twist each into a spiral.
- Form the Christmas tree in this way. Brush with egg.½ pc egg
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 170℃. The dough will puff up and brown. The spinach Christmas tree puff pastry pie is ready.
