  • Put the sourdough starter, egg, and salt in a bowl. Pour in the vegetable oil.

  • Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. It is most convenient to use a bread maker, as you will need to knead intensively and for a long time, at least 5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 5-6 hours. Remember that sourdough dough rises longer than the usual yeast dough.

  • From this amount, you will get 2 large pizzas. So, roll out half of the dough into a circle, a couple of millimeters thick. Slightly shift the dough from the center to the edges to form small rims. Leave for fifteen minutes to rise. Spread with ketchup. Lay out pieces of chicken breast.
