Prepare everything you need.
Put the sourdough starter, egg, and salt in a bowl. Pour in the vegetable oil.
50 g sourdough starter, 1 pc egg, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp vegetable oil
And the water.
140 ml water
Mix and add flour.
320 g flour
Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. It is most convenient to use a bread maker, as you will need to knead intensively and for a long time, at least 5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 5-6 hours. Remember that sourdough dough rises longer than the usual yeast dough.
From this amount, you will get 2 large pizzas. So, roll out half of the dough into a circle, a couple of millimeters thick. Slightly shift the dough from the center to the edges to form small rims. Leave for fifteen minutes to rise. Spread with ketchup. Lay out pieces of chicken breast.
150 g chicken breast, 50 g ketchup
Tomatoes, capers, slices of mozzarella.
1 pc tomato, 10-12 pcs capers, 70 g mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle with grated hard cheese.

Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 15-20 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with greens, here are arugula leaves. The sourdough pizza turns out soft and porous.
