Prepare everything necessary. It is better to use round-grain rice, it is more viscous and cooks well. Any fat content milk will do.
Put the washed cereal in a saucepan, add the butter.
1 glass rice, 40 g butter
Place on the stove and wait for the butter to melt, and the rice should completely absorb it. Stir constantly so that the grains do not stick to the bottom and walls. Pour in milk and water.
1 glass water, 1.5 glass milk
After boiling, cook on low heat with the lid ajar. Stir occasionally. Keep until the rice is ready, the grains should become soft. The time depends on the variety, here Krasnodar, it took 20 minutes. You will get a sticky porridge. If you want a more liquid consistency, add more milk or water at any stage, and just let the contents of the pot boil again.
Add cocoa powder and sugar to taste.

Mix and after a minute you can remove from the stove. Add chopped walnuts.
