Prepare everything necessary. The cheese used here is with fenugreek, you can take any to your taste.
Pour flour, salt, and baking soda into a bowl. No need to extinguish, kefir will act as the acid here.

Mix, pour in kefir.

Divide into 4 parts. Grate the cheese on a grater.

Lay seam down and roll out into a flatbread with a diameter of 20-22 cm with a rolling pin.
In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, lay out the workpiece.
Fry over low heat under a lid, after 2 minutes turn over and keep the same amount of time. If the flatbread does not brown, increase the heat of the burner.
4 tbsp vegetable oil
Fry all the blanks in the same way. Cheese flatbreads are ready. It is better to serve in a hot form, while the cheese inside is melted and stretchy.
