- 2 cup flour

- Stir first with a fork, then with your hands. Add flour as needed. But the dough should be soft, as soon as it started to come off the hands, stop the process.

- Flatten a piece of dough with your hands, lay out a quarter of the grated cheese.
- Gather the edges upwards and pinch to keep the cheese filling inside.
- Lay seam down and roll out into a flatbread with a diameter of 20-22 cm with a rolling pin.
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, lay out the workpiece.
- Fry over low heat under a lid, after 2 minutes turn over and keep the same amount of time. If the flatbread does not brown, increase the heat of the burner.4 tbsp vegetable oil
