- As a result, the dough will flow down from the whisk with a ribbon. Itโs color depends on the type of jam used.
- A frying pan, here a diameter of 23 cm, lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Reheat for 2 minutes. Pour out the dough. It spreads on its own, but it's better to gently shake the pan so that the layer is more uniform.
- Reduce the heat to a minimum, close the lid and keep without opening the pan for 20 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden stick, it should come out completely dry. If there are lumps of dough on it, bake the pie for some more time.
- A cake with jam in a frying pan is ready, if desired, decorate with berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
