Prepare everything you need. Jam can be used absolutely any, the only condition is that it should not be too liquid. Here is blackberry jam, mashed from the pits.
Pour sugar into a bowl, break an egg.

Beat with a whisk, pour in kefir and vegetable oil.
60 ml kefir, 50 ml vegetable oil
Mix, put the jam, pour in the soda, you do not need to extinguish it.
100 g jam, ½ tsp baking soda
Mix, add the sifted flour.
120 g flour
As a result, the dough will flow down from the whisk with a ribbon. It’s color depends on the type of jam used.
A frying pan, here a diameter of 23 cm, lubricate with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Reheat for 2 minutes. Pour out the dough. It spreads on its own, but it's better to gently shake the pan so that the layer is more uniform.
Reduce the heat to a minimum, close the lid and keep without opening the pan for 20 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden stick, it should come out completely dry. If there are lumps of dough on it, bake the pie for some more time.
A cake with jam in a frying pan is ready, if desired, decorate with berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
