Today we are cooking a delicious meat dish that is quick to make. On the table, we have baked lavash rolls with minced meat baked in the oven. Using ready-made lavash significantly speeds up the process. And vegetables serve as an excellent side dish.
Add salt and freshly ground pepper to the minced meat, mix well.
150 g minced meat, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
Grate the carrot, chop the onion into quarter rings. Fry in vegetable oil until the vegetables are soft and slightly golden. Peel the tomatoes and blend in a food processor until pureed. Pour into the pan.
80 g carrot, 80 g onion, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 300 g tomatoes
Cut the lavash into rectangles, size as desired. Spread the minced meat in a thin layer.
200 g lavash
Roll up all the rolls in this way.
In a baking dish, lay out half of the vegetable sauté from the pan. Place the lavash roll-ups.
Spread the remaining vegetables on top.
Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 30 minutes. The lavash rolls with minced meat are ready. Sour cream is a tasty addition.
