Baked lavash rolls
Today we are cooking a delicious meat dish that is quick to make. On the table, we have baked lavash rolls with minced meat baked in the oven. Using ready-made lavash significantly speeds up the process. And vegetables serve as an excellent side dish.

- 1 pan
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 grater
Ingredients
- 200 g lavash
- 150 g minced meat
- 80 g carrot
- 80 g onion
- 300 g tomatoes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ยผ tsp salt
- ยผ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary.

- Grate the carrot, chop the onion into quarter rings. Fry in vegetable oil until the vegetables are soft and slightly golden. Peel the tomatoes and blend in a food processor until pureed. Pour into the pan.80 g carrot, 80 g onion, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 300 g tomatoes
- Cut the lavash into rectangles, size as desired. Spread the minced meat in a thin layer.200 g lavash
- Roll up all the rolls in this way.
- In a baking dish, lay out half of the vegetable sautรฉ from the pan. Place the lavash roll-ups.
- Spread the remaining vegetables on top.
- Bake in the oven at 170โ for 30 minutes. The lavash rolls with minced meat are ready. Sour cream is a tasty addition.
