  • 150 g minced meat
  • 80 g carrot
  • 80 g onion
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Grate the carrot, chop the onion into quarter rings. Fry in vegetable oil until the vegetables are soft and slightly golden. Peel the tomatoes and blend in a food processor until pureed. Pour into the pan.
