Prepare everything you need.
It is convenient to make the dough in a food processor, but it is quite possible to do it manually (in this case, grate the butter). So, put cottage cheese, pieces of butter, one egg in the bowl.
200 g cottage cheese, 2 pcs egg, 70 g butter
Scroll until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder.
½ tsp baking powder, 200 g flour
Using the technique, knead a soft dough that will stick to your hands at first.
Put it in a cellophane bag, flatten it into a flat cake and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. There the dough will harden a little due to the solidification of the oil.
Roll out into a layer a couple of millimeters thick. Use a glass to cut out circles with a diameter of 8-9 centimeters.
Distribute half a teaspoon of sugar on one half of each billet. Fold in half. Now place a pinch of sugar on a quarter of the resulting semicircle. Fold it again. Press the top with a fork. It looks like a crow's foot.
100 g sugar
Put the blanks on a baking sheet on a non-stick mat. From the second chicken egg, only the yolk will be needed. Stir it and brush each cookie with a brush.
2 pcs egg
Sprinkle sugar on top.
100 g sugar
Bake in the oven at 170° for 20 minutes.
Cottage cheese cookies «Crow's feet» are ready.
