Prepare everything you need. Here will fit any rise, basmati is used here. Rinse the rice, try to drain the water as best as possible.

Fry for a minute, add rice.

After boiling, make the heating minimal and cook under the lid, mixing periodically, for 15-20 minutes. The rice should become soft, and there will be no liquid at the bottom of the pan. Chop the second clove of garlic with a knife, add salt.
