Our traditional strawberry oatmeal recipe turns out tender and flavorful. Strawberries add sweetness and brightness to the dish. This breakfast will lift your mood and provide your body with essential nutrients. Be sure to try it.
Pour milk into a saucepan. If you have fatty homemade milk, you can dilute it with water in a 1:1 ratio. Bring to a boil, add salt and sugar.

Add oat flakes and immediately stir.

Cook the porridge over low heat until desired thickness. With these proportions, the porridge turns out to be of medium viscosity. If you want it more runny, add another ½ cup of milk. Optionally, add a few drops of vanilla extract or vanillin.
Wash the strawberries, cut them arbitrarily, but not too finely, the pieces should be well felt. Pour into the saucepan.
150 g strawberry
Stir and serve immediately.
Distribute into plates, add a small piece of butter to each, garnish with mint leaves and fresh strawberries.
