  • 1 cup oat flakes
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 150 g strawberry
  • 20 g butter

  • Prepare everything you need.

  • Pour milk into a saucepan. If you have fatty homemade milk, you can dilute it with water in a 1:1 ratio. Bring to a boil, add salt and sugar.

  • Add oat flakes and immediately stir.

  • Cook the porridge over low heat until desired thickness. With these proportions, the porridge turns out to be of medium viscosity. If you want it more runny, add another ½ cup of milk. Optionally, add a few drops of vanilla extract or vanillin.
