Dumplings with strawberries
For strawberry lovers, we recommend preparing delicious, fragrant dumplings with strawberries for dessert. The dough is thin and elastic, does not tear and holds the berry juice inside well. You can use both fresh and frozen berries

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 130 g water boiling water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pc egg
- 50 g sugar
- 200 g strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Wash the strawberries, trim the tails, let the berries dry.

- Knead by hand for 5 minutes. If necessary, gradually add flour. You should get a soft, elastic, and non-sticky dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
- Roll out to a thickness of 2 millimeters, cut out circles with a diameter of 6 centimeters using a glass.
- Cut the berries into 4-6 pieces, depending on the size. Place 2-3 pieces on each circle. Then sprinkle with a generous pinch of sugar.50 g sugar, 200 g strawberries
- Fold in half, pinch the edge.
- In this form, dumplings with strawberries can be frozen.
- Drop one by one into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes after re-boiling.
- Dumplings with strawberries are ready. Serve with sour cream or butter, sprinkle with sugar, add fresh strawberries, mint leaves.
