Prepare the specified ingredients. Take one large orange or two small ones.
Boil the chicken breast until cooked and let it cool. Cut it into small pieces and place in a deep plate.

Peel the orange, separate it into segments, remove the membranes between the slices, leaving only the flesh, and cut it into arbitrary pieces.
