Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or in the microwave (in short 5-second pulses).

Combine the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and butter. Then add the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix with a whisk. Then blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth and homogeneous.

Filling
To prepare the cottage cheese filling, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and starch. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender.

Line the bottom of a 25*18 cm baking dish with parchment paper. Pour half of the dough. Place 50 g of cherries on top.

Then spread the cottage cheese filling with a spoon.
Next, pour the remaining dough. Do not smooth it with a spatula, as it will disrupt the layers. The cake will look more beautiful with small irregularities and 'gaps'. Finally, place the remaining cherries in a random order.

Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
Cut the cherry cheesecake brownies into individual pieces only after they have completely cooled. Enjoy your meal!
