Prepare everything you need. Peel the vegetables.
Chop the carrot into thin cubes, and the onion into petals. The slicing should be quite large. Take a spacious frying pan, ideally use a wok. Preheat, pour in vegetable oil, put the carrots first, and after a minute the onion.
1 pc carrot, 1 pc yellow onion, 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring with shaking movements. Replace to a plate.
Place the chicken fillet cubes in the pan.
150 g chicken fillet
Hold for 5 minutes. The meat should lighten, and the liquid should evaporate. Add chopped bell pepper.

Fry for another minute at maximum heat. Return the carrots and onions. Mix it. Pour in the soy sauce, heat everything together to deglaze the toasts from the bottom and walls of the pan.
2 tbsp soy sauce
Add sesame seeds, crushed garlic and green onion.
1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 clove garlic, 1 pc spring onion
Mix and can be removed from the stove. Chicken salad in Chinese is ready. Serve it better as a warm salad, but after cooling down the dish is also yummy.
