Prepare everything you need.

Mix. Line the bottom of the baking dish, here with a diameter of 20 centimeters, with parchment paper. Grease the paper and sides with any fat and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the dough and distribute it evenly.
On top, scatter thinly sliced onion rings.

Sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese. Put in the oven and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25-30 minutes. The pizza pie should turn golden and rise, and when pressed with a finger, the surface should spring back slightly. You can also check with a toothpick, but if it happens to hit a piece of cheese, it may give the impression that the dough is still raw, so it's better to poke in several places.
The pizza pie in the oven is ready. It can be served immediately or after cooling.
