Pizzagaina
When traditional pizza gets boring, or you just don't want to bother with rolling out the dough and spreading the filling, this recipe is perfect for you. Today we have pizzagaina. It's convenient that everything can be done in one bowl.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs eggs

- 50 ml vegetable oil

- 1 pc onion
- 100 g cheese hard
- ยฝ tsp Provencal herbs mixture
Instructions

- Knead the dough to the consistency of pancake batter.

- Mix. Line the bottom of the baking dish, here with a diameter of 20 centimeters, with parchment paper. Grease the paper and sides with any fat and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the dough and distribute it evenly.
- On top, scatter thinly sliced onion rings.1 pc onion
- Sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese. Put in the oven and bake at 170ยฐC (340ยฐF) for 25-30 minutes. The pizza pie should turn golden and rise, and when pressed with a finger, the surface should spring back slightly. You can also check with a toothpick, but if it happens to hit a piece of cheese, it may give the impression that the dough is still raw, so it’s better to poke in several places.
