  • Knead the dough to the consistency of pancake batter.

  • Mix. Line the bottom of the baking dish, here with a diameter of 20 centimeters, with parchment paper. Grease the paper and sides with any fat and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the dough and distribute it evenly.

  • Sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese. Put in the oven and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25-30 minutes. The pizza pie should turn golden and rise, and when pressed with a finger, the surface should spring back slightly. You can also check with a toothpick, but if it happens to hit a piece of cheese, it may give the impression that the dough is still raw, so it’s better to poke in several places.
