- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, sprinkle with flour, and form cookies from the dough. To do this, form small balls (about 30 g each), slightly flatten them, and lay them out on the baking sheet covered with paper. It is important to place the future cookies far apart from each other, as they will increase in size during baking.
- Bake the cookies for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180โ.
- Remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool slightly (5-10 minutes). Transfer to a plate, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cookies are ready.
