Cheesy cauliflower casserole with salmon

A cheesy cauliflower casserole with salmon will definitely change the opinion of many. Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.

- While the cauliflower is cooking, clean the fish from skin and bones, and then cut it into small cubes. Also, divide the cheese into small pieces using a knife or directly with your hands.300 g salmon, 100 g cheese
- Prepare the sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter and quickly fry the flour in it until a characteristic nutty aroma appears.50 g butter, 2 tbsp flour
- Add cold milk to the fried flour and quickly stir the mixture with a whisk, avoiding the formation of lumps. While stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and allow it to thicken.300 ml milk
- Add pieces of gorgonzola to the hot sauce and stir until the cheese is completely dissolved. Add salt if necessary.100 g cheese
- Pour 1/3 of the cheese sauce into the bottom of the baking dish, then alternately lay out the cauliflower florets and pieces of fish.
- Pour the remaining cheese sauce over the cauliflower-fish mixture.
- Bake the dish in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 °C.
