Homemade chocolate pie
If you are a fan of chocolate pastries, then pay attention to this tender, moist and truly homemade chocolate pie. It is incredibly delicious and simply melts in your mouth. At the same time, it rises well, so it becomes tall and fluffy.

- 1 mixer optional whisk

Ingredients
- 2 pcs egg large
- 170 g sugar
- 140 g flour
- 140 g sour cream
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 90 g vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ยฝ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use odorless vegetable oil, and the cocoa should be of high quality and rich brown color. You can use sour cream of any fat content.
- Wash the eggs and beat them in a deep bowl. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. You can do this with a mixer or simply with a whisk.2 pcs egg, 170 g sugar
- Add sour cream, mix. Pour in vegetable oil and mix.140 g sour cream, 90 g vegetable oil
- In a separate plate, mix cocoa, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to the liquid mixture and mix until smooth. If there are still lumps in the dough, beat the mixture with a mixer.140 g flour, 40 g cocoa powder, ยฝ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder
- Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the dough and evenly distribute it with a spoon. Place in a preheated oven. Do not open the oven during baking.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 โ, depending on the diameter of the pan. Check for doneness with a toothpick, if it comes out dry, the chocolate pie is ready.
- Wait for the pie to cool and carefully remove it from the pan. It does not need any decoration, but true sweet tooths can pour melted chocolate on top.
