Today we are cooking a not quite usual pizza. This is, so to speak, a dessert option that can be served with tea or a glass of white wine. On the table is a pear blue cheese pizza. The taste is based on the contrast of pungent blue cheese with the sweetness of pear and honey. The dish is exquisite and unusual.
Prepare everything you need. Buy or make the dough yourself. Choose a pear that is not too hard but not too soft, so that the pieces do not fall apart when baked.
Roll out the dough into a round shape. Choose the thickness yourself. Pizza with pear can be made on a thick or thin base. Wash the pear, cut it in half, and then into slices about 2-3 millimeters thick. You can remove or leave the skin, it's up to you. Spread them evenly over the surface of the pizza.
200 g yeast dough, 1 pc pear
Cut the mozzarella into slices and distribute them over the pear.
50 g cheese
Tear the blue cheese into small pieces. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
50 g cheese, 15 g pine nuts
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 170 ℃ for 15 minutes. The cheese should melt and the dough should slightly brown. The pizza with pear is ready. Just drizzle it with honey and it can be served.
