Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Boil the eggs until hard. This will take 10 minutes from the moment the water boils.

While the eggs are boiling, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Chop the walnut kernels into fine crumbs using a knife.

Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine grater or press them using a special press.

Carefully peel the boiled eggs, trying not to damage the outer surface of the white. Then cut them in half lengthwise.
Gently remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a bowl.
Start preparing the filling. To do this, add grated cheese and garlic to the yolks in the bowl, as well as mayonnaise and chopped walnut kernels.

Mix all the filling components and mash them with a fork. If you want a more uniform and smooth mass, you can use a blender.
Arrange the egg white cups on a plate. Place a piece of lettuce leaf at the bottom of each cup, then fill it with the filling using a pastry bag or a teaspoon.
