  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 250 g pomegranate for decoration

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Boil the eggs until hard. This will take 10 minutes from the moment the water boils.

  • While the eggs are boiling, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  • Chop the walnut kernels into fine crumbs using a knife.

  • Peel the garlic cloves and grate them on a fine grater or press them using a special press.

  • Carefully peel the boiled eggs, trying not to damage the outer surface of the white. Then cut them in half lengthwise.

  • Gently remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a bowl.

  • Start preparing the filling. To do this, add grated cheese and garlic to the yolks in the bowl, as well as mayonnaise and chopped walnut kernels.

  • Mix all the filling components and mash them with a fork. If you want a more uniform and smooth mass, you can use a blender.

  • Arrange the egg white cups on a plate. Place a piece of lettuce leaf at the bottom of each cup, then fill it with the filling using a pastry bag or a teaspoon.
