Prepare everything you need. Clean the fish, wash, remove the head and tail. Peel the vegetables.
Cut potatoes and carrots into arbitrary pieces. It is advisable to chop carrots more finely, as it takes longer to cook. Pour the vegetables into a pan with boiling water, add salt and cook for 5 minutes after boiling, that is, bring them to half-readiness.

Arrange the fish on top of the vegetables.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 160℃ for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and brown under the grill for a couple of minutes. Pike with potatoes in the oven is ready. There is a side dish, and delicious fragrant fish.
