  • Prepare everything you need. Clean the fish, wash, remove the head and tail. Peel the vegetables.

  • Cut potatoes and carrots into arbitrary pieces. It is advisable to chop carrots more finely, as it takes longer to cook. Pour the vegetables into a pan with boiling water, add salt and cook for 5 minutes after boiling, that is, bring them to half-readiness.
