Prepare all the necessary products. Any hard or semi-hard cheese will do. We have mozzarella. Sausages can be replaced with sausage, frankfurters, ham, boiled/fried chicken, or other meat.
Chop the sausages into small circles.
2-3 pcs sausage
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
1 pcs tomato
Put the contents of raw eggs into a convenient bowl for kneading the dough.
2 pcs egg
Add sour cream.
8 tbsp sour cream
Mix the components with a whisk until smooth.
Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Beat the ingredients until smooth and free of lumps.
½ tsp baking soda, 5-6 tbsp flour, 1 pinch salt
The dough should be thick (like for pancakes), but pourable.
Put the dough on a preheated frying pan greased with oil.
Cook the base in the frying pan under the lid until it becomes firm enough to put the filling on it.
Spread the tomatoes on top of the dough
1 pcs tomato
Coat the vegetables with sauce. It can be just ketchup, or a mixture of ketchup with mayonnaise or sour cream. Any other sauce to taste will also do. Since the dough is not yet fully cooked, the sauce should be distributed exactly on the tomatoes as the second layer.
1 tsp ketchup
Add sausages or other meat to the filling.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Return the frying pan with the pizza to the stove. You can add the filling without removing the pan from the burner. Leave it on low heat until the tomatoes soften and the cheese melts.
120-200 g cheese
Serve the pizza warm. The base on such dough turns out no worse than on yeast dough. Enjoy your meal!
