Prepare everything necessary. It is better to use red onion, as it is not as sharp.
Clean the watermelon flesh from seeds and cut into large cubes. Place on a plate. Do the same with the feta.

Chop the red onion into thin quarter rings, basil leaves into strips. Scatter over the salad.
