Prepare everything you need. Peel the vegetables. Squid tubes is used here. Put the rice noodles in boiling water. After re-boiling, cook for 5 minutes. It should be a little firm.
100 g rice noodles
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the grated carrots and a quarter of an onion ring.
1 pc carrot, 1 pc yellow onion, 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Fry for 3 minutes, then add the squid cut into strips.
150 g squid
Warm up for a minute, put the noodles strained from the liquid.
Pour hot pepper, pour soy sauce. If desired, you can enter chopped greens, dill is used here.
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 pinch pepper
Stir and cook everything together for 2 minutes. Leave to stand for a short time so that the noodles are soaked with the aromas of vegetables and squid. Try it, adjust the sharpness. It is the burning that is the feature of this dish and perfectly sets off the rather mild tastes of the other components.
