Prepare everything you need.
Cut the onion into cubes. Pour into a container, add salt.
1 pc yellow onion, 1 pinch salt
Close the cap and shake so that the salt crystals are distributed. Leave for 5 minutes. The surface of the pieces will become wet. Add flour. Mix with your hands, the flour will cover the onion with a uniform thin layer.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour out the paned onion.
50 ml vegetable oil
Fry over medium heat until browned. Put it on a paper towel that will absorb excess oil.
In hot dog buns, make a two-thirds cut in thickness. Put it on a dry heated frying pan (you can use a grill or a regular one) together with the sausages peeled from the wrap. Bring the sausages to light browning, and warm up the buns enough.

Mix mayonnaise with mustard and grease the buns inside in the cut. Put on a sausage.

Place slices of pickled cucumber on the sides.
