Prepare everything you need.
Put sugar, salt and soft butter in a bowl.
120 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 pinch salt
Beat with a mixer until the grains disappear. The oil will become airy at the same time. Add one egg. Work well with a mixer. In the same way, one by one, enter the rest of the eggs. With each subsequent egg, the mass will become more liquid.

Sift flour, add baking powder and turmeric.
150 g flour, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp baking powder
Mix with a mixer. The dough will look like soft butter. Add the zest of one lemon and 30 ml of lemon juice, mix.

A baking mold, here silicone size 10x20 cm, should be laid with baking paper. Lubricate with butter or vegetable oil. Distribute the dough.
Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 30 minutes. Pierce in the center with a wooden skewer and make sure that there is no unpeeled dough left inside. Lemon drizzle cake is ready. When hot, it is crumbly, after cooling it becomes slightly moist.
