To make the dough you should put yeasts, half of the amount of sugar and salt into the bowl for blending. After that pour there a warm milk and mix the ingredients until its dissolve. Then enter an egg and vegetable oil, also two tablespoons of flour. Next put well softened butter.
15 g yeast, 160 ml milk, 300 g flour, 2 pcs egg, 100 g sugar, 40 g butter, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 pinch salt
Mix all ingredients well and knead not sticky dough, gradually adding some flour. Leave for 40-50 minutes in warm place, covering with film in order not to weathered.
