Prepare everything you need. It’s better to take slightly overripe bananas, this can be judged by the bright yellow color and the appearance of small dark dots. Such fruits are sweeter and more fragrant.
Put two bananas (pulp weight 190 g.), salt and sugar in a mix bowl. With this amount of sugar, the dessert turned out not too sweet, we recommend focusing on your taste and sweetness of bananas.
