Prepare everything you need.
Put cold butter, flour, salt, baking powder in the bowl of a food processor for the shortcrust dough.
50 g butter, 90 g flour, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 pinch salt

Knead a non-sticky buttery dough.
Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Roll out into a circle to a thickness of 2 millimeters. You can make it a little thinner from the edges, and thicker in the center. Distribute the corn starch.

Wash the strawberries, remove the tails, let the berries dry. Cut arbitrarily, but not too finely. Spread over the dough, leaving a couple of centimeters free from the edge. Pour lemon juice.
200 g strawberry, 1 tsp lemon juice
Sprinkle with sugar.

Wrap the dough up, forming folds.
Move the pastry into the oven and bake at 170℃ for 15 minutes. Galette with strawberries is ready. Very tasty, especially if served hot, add a ball of ice cream, which will immediately begin to melt from the heat of the pie.
