Christmas wreath salad
Today we will make an original salad for the festive table, which needs no introduction. The salad is called christmas wreath salad. The recipe is not classic, so the base can be anything. Decoration – also a great scope for imagination. So cook, improvise and surprise your guests.

Ingredients
- 300 g corn canned
- 200 g crab sticks
- ยฝ cup rice
- 2 pcs egg optionally boiled
- 150 g carrot Korean-style
- ยฝ pcs carrot
- ยผ pcs pomegranate
- 1 bunch parsley and other greens
- 1 bunch dill and other greens
- 70 g mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Rinse the rice until the water is clear, pour into boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Then drain in a colander and rinse well. It should be crumbly. Put the cooled rice in a bowl, also add the canned corn.ยฝ cup rice, 300 g corn
- Chop the boiled eggs and crab sticks into small cubes. Leave two sticks for decoration.2 pcs egg, 200 g crab sticks
- Add Korean-style carrots. If the strips are very long – cut them. Add mayonnaise.150 g carrot, 70 g mayonnaise
- Mix everything. If necessary, add salt to taste.1 pinch salt
- Place a glass or a half-liter jar in the center of the serving dish. Distribute the salad around it, compacting well.
- Carefully remove the glass.
- Sprinkle with chopped dill.1 bunch dill
- Decorate with parsley leaves. Do not try to use too much greens, remember that the salad should primarily be convenient to eat.1 bunch parsley
- Cut the crab sticks in half, make flames from the carrot. Insert into the stick and place on the salad. Cut the remaining carrot into thin slices. Scatter corn kernels and pomegranate seeds.
