Puff pastry mince pies
Today we are cooking fragrant honey cakes with an interesting filling. On the table are puff pastry mince pies.

- 1 chopping board

Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 1 pc egg
- 60 g honey
- ยฝ tsp baking powder
- 170 g flour
- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 g prunes
- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. If the dried fruits are soft and fleshy, you can use them without pre-soaking.
- For the dough, place soft butter, egg white, and 40 g of honey in a bowl.50 g butter, 1 pc egg, 60 g honey
- Mash with a fork, add flour and baking powder.170 g flour, ยฝ tsp baking powder
- Knead a non-sticky dough. Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Wash the dried fruits and chop them as finely as possible.100 g dried apricots, 100 g prunes
- Chop the nuts with a knife. Add the remaining honey. Mix. All filling components can be passed through a meat grinder.50 g walnuts, 50 g peanuts
- Divide the dough into 6 balls. Roll each into a circle. Place a tablespoon of the nut and dried fruit mixture in the center. Pinch the edge, place the seam down, shape the cake.
- Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk.
- Optionally, apply any pattern, decorate with nuts. Bake in the oven at 170 โ for 20 minutes. Be careful, sand cakes with nuts and dried fruits brown quickly.
