Baked carrot sticks
Baked carrot sticks will make a great snack. They can also be served as a side dish or as an addition to a side dish as a vegetable component. The dish is perfect for vegetarians or for consumption during fasting. Any sauce can be served with the carrots at your discretion, but the sticks themselves are very tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs carrot large
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic large
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients.
- Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into sticks. It is advisable not to make them too long for convenience of marinating and baking.2 pcs carrot
- In a bowl with the carrots, pour in the olive oil, soy sauce. Add salt, black pepper, garlic passed through a press or finely chopped. For a sweeter taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey. - Mix thoroughly so that each piece is covered with the marinade.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the carrots. It is better to do this in one layer so that the pieces cook well and brown. Send to a preheated oven and cook until browned at 200 โ for about 15-20 minutes. The final cooking time depends on the thickness of the pieces, the variety of carrots, and the desired consistency. If you want a slightly crunchy texture, then 15 minutes is enough.
