  • 400 g radish
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 5-6 pc pepper whole peppercorns
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 2 clove garlic

Instructions
 

  • Prepare everything you need. Wash the radishes, remove the stems and green parts. Inspect and remove any damaged or spoiled areas.

  • Slice the radishes thinly, including the skin. Finely chop the garlic as well. Place the radishes in a glass jar, layering them with pieces of garlic.

  • For the marinade, place salt, sugar, and whole peppercorns in a pot.
