Rice with sausages
Today’s dish is from the category of quick and easy. It will be ready in less than a quarter of an hour. On the table is rice with sausages in a pan.
Equipment
- 1 pan
- 1 glass
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 chopping board
- 1 knife
- 1 plate
- 1 grater
Ingredients
- 1 glass rice parboiled
- 1 pc carrot
- 1 pc onion
- 250 g sausage
- 2 tbsp ketchup tomato
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper ground
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 glasses water
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Any sausages will do, even different kinds. Use small carrots and onions.
- Slice the sausages into rounds and place them on a heated pan with oil.250 g sausage, 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fry over medium heat until browned. Remove to a plate
- Grate the carrot on a grater, chop the onion into small cubes. Pour onto the pan where the sausages were. Keep until the carrots are soft and the onions are transparent. Add ketchup. In season, you can use fresh tomatoes, but they must be peeled.1 pc carrot, 1 pc onion, 2 tbsp ketchup
- Heat for a minute, add the washed rice, salt, and season.1 glass rice, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
- Fry until the liquid evaporates. Pour in water.2 glasses water
- Once it boils, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook, without opening the pan, for 15 minutes. The rice should be almost soft, and there will be very little liquid left. Return the fried sausages.
- Mix and keep on the stove for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped dill and leave to stand without heating for a couple more minutes. During this time, the rice will steam, absorb the flavors of the sausages, and be ready to serve.1 bunch dill
- Serve the rice with sausages in a pan while hot.
