  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 180 ml boiling water

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 50 g water cold


  • Let’s prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Add salt and sunflower oil to the sifted wheat flour. Mix thoroughly.

  • Pour in boiling water. Stir the ingredients with a spoon so that the flour is scalded.

  • When the mixture cools down a bit and becomes a comfortable temperature, gather the dough into a ball.

  • Knead the dough on the table for 5 minutes. This will give it a smooth and uniform texture. After that, cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes.

  • In the meantime, let’s prepare the meat filling. Pass the pork and onion through a meat grinder. Add salt, black ground pepper, and cold water. Mix the ingredients together, then beat well.

  • Divide the rested dough into 4 parts. Form a “sausage” from each. Divide it into 11 parts. Roll out circles. The dough will be very pleasant and obedient to work with. There will be no need to sprinkle additional flour.

  • Making dumplings is very simple. Place the filling (less than a teaspoon) in the center of the circle.
