Semolina apple cake
Semolina apple cake in the oven is a simple and very quick pastry that is made without butter, dairy products, and eggs. Despite the modest set of ingredients, this cake turns out to be very tasty. It can be cooked not only on fasting days but also for cozy family tea parties.

Ingredients
- 85 g semolina
- ยฝ cup water
- 20 g vegetable oil
- 45 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 1 g vanillin
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 g baking powder
- 1 pc apple
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Mix all dry ingredients: granulated sugar, vanillin, salt, semolina, wheat flour, and baking powder.85 g semolina, 45 g flour, 90 g sugar, 1 g vanillin, 1 pinch salt, 6 g baking powder
- Pour water and refined sunflower oil into the dry ingredients.ยฝ cup water, 20 g vegetable oil
- Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk to make the dough smooth and free of lumps.
- Line the bottom and sides of a detachable baking form, 16 cm in diameter, with parchment paper. Pour the dough.
- Wash the apple, peel it, remove the core. Then cut into thin slices and lay on top of the dough. If desired, you can also sprinkle the top of the cake with granulated sugar. This will give the pastry a very appetizing golden crust.1 pc apple
