- Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any variety of tomato, the main thing is that it is large and not too soft. The greens and tomato must be washed in advance. It is preferable to use cottage cheese in bricks, better if it is more moist. If the cottage cheese is crumbly or too dry, then it should be mashed with a spoon of sour cream for a more tender consistency.

- Place the tomato in an oiled baking dish. Cover with the top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
