Stuffed peppers in oven
Juicy, hearty, and very tasty dish – stuffed peppers in oven. The dish looks so good that it's not a shame to put it on the festive table. At the same time, the cooking process is very simple.

Ingredients
- 4 pcs bell pepper
- 300 g minced meat turkey and pork
- 200 g carrot
- 150 g onion
- 70 g rice
- 3 cloves garlic large
- 8 tbsp sour cream 4 spoons in the minced meat and 4 spoons in the cheese topping
- 100 g cheese
- ยผ tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste heaped
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil for sautรฉing vegetables
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients for the stuffed peppers.
- Boil the rice, throw it on a sieve or colander, rinse with warm water.70 g rice
- Chop the onion and carrot, sautรฉ them until soft in vegetable oil. Finally, add the tomato paste and mix everything together.200 g carrot, 150 g onion, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Put the minced meat, boiled rice, and vegetables in a pot. Salt them, add garlic, spices, salt, and sour cream. Knead the filling for the peppers well until it is homogeneous.300 g minced meat, 3 cloves garlic, ยผ tbsp salt, 8 tbsp sour cream
- Rinse the peppers, cut them lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Leave the stalk – it helps the peppers keep their shape during cooking.4 pcs bell pepper
- Stuff the peppers and place them in a baking dish.
- Prepare the cheese topping. To do this, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix it with sour cream.100 g cheese, 8 tbsp sour cream
- Cover the peppers with the cheese topping over the minced meat.
- Bake the dish for about 40 minutes in the oven at 200 โ.
- Serve the stuffed peppers with cheese on a separate plate, lightly sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs.
